BatchDialer alternative
The BatchDialer alternative that works inside your CRM
BatchDialer is the closest thing on this site to a straight fight. It is an investor dialer from the PropStream and BatchLeads stack, it publishes its prices, and at one agent dialing it costs the same as smrtPhone does - $119 a month either way. The differences are what sits around the dialing. BatchDialer sells no texting at all, and its CRM list covers Podio and HubSpot but none of the rest of the investor stack. smrtPhone puts SMS in every seat and is native to ten CRMs. What BatchDialer has that we do not is a predictive dialer, unlimited calling on every plan, and ten to a hundred phone numbers with reputation monitoring built in.
No card required. No seat minimum.
The short version
- At one agent the two cost the same: BatchDialer Starter is $119 a month and a smrtPhone seat with the four-line dialer is $119. Billed annually BatchDialer is $95 and smrtPhone is $99.
- BatchDialer sells no texting product. Its pricing page, integrations page and FAQ cover dialing, lead data, reputation and CRM sync without mentioning SMS.
- BatchDialer is native to Podio, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zoho, Mailchimp, Intercom, PropStream and BatchLeads. InvestorFuse, Left Main REI, DataSift, Realeflow, Invelo, Carrot, Tape, Salesforce and GoHighLevel are not on its list in any form.
- BatchDialer runs a predictive dialer and smrtDialer does not. Three lines an agent on Starter, five on Pro and Enterprise, against up to four on smrtDialer.
- Every BatchDialer plan includes unlimited inbound and outbound calling, plus 10 to 100 phone numbers with reputation monitoring. A smrtPhone seat includes 500 minutes and one number.

What it actually costs, with the arithmetic shown
One agent dialing multiple lines and texting the people who do not answer, on monthly billing. This is the one comparison on this site where the two totals are identical, so the question is what each one includes.
| Line item | BatchDialer | smrtPhone |
|---|---|---|
| Platform access | Starter, $119 an agent | smrtPhone seat, $29 |
| Multi-line dialer | Included: 3 lines | smrtDialer Multi Line, $90 - four lines |
| Calling minutes | Unlimited | 500 a seat, then $0.03 |
| Phone numbers | 10 included, then $2 each | 1 a seat, then $2 to $5 |
| Texting | Not sold | Included: 1,000 segments, then $0.02 |
| Monthly total, one agent dialing | $119 | $119 |
The totals match, so read what sits behind them. BatchDialer gives you unlimited calling where we meter after 500 minutes a seat, and ten phone numbers with reputation monitoring where we give one. What our $119 adds is a fourth line, texting, and the calls landing in the CRM you already run. If you dial all day, never text, and want numbers for local presence, price both properly at your own size.
Both columns are list prices published by each vendor. BatchDialer Pro at $189 a month adds a fifth line and 40 numbers; its lead-list add-ons are $49 to $119 a month, flat rather than per agent, and are not in this table because smrtPhone sells no seller lead lists.
The other side
When BatchDialer is the better choice
BatchDialer runs a predictive dialer and smrtDialer does not - smrtDialer is a power dialer that calls up to four lines and connects you to whoever answers. For a seated floor working huge bought lists, predictive is a different gear. Every BatchDialer plan also carries unlimited inbound and outbound calling where a smrtPhone seat includes 500 minutes, and ships 10 to 100 phone numbers with reputation monitoring and automatic replacement, which is a real piece of work if you run local presence at scale. Its DNC and litigator scrubbing is on every plan, and it has a built-in CRM if you do not already run one.
- You need predictive dialing rather than a four-line power dialer.
- Your floor is on the phone all day and unlimited minutes beat metered ones.
- You run local presence across dozens of numbers and want the reputation work handled.
- You buy your lists from PropStream or BatchLeads already.
- You do not run a CRM and would rather the dialer was one.
If you are buying it for the data
BatchDialer belongs to the PropStream and BatchLeads family, and its lead-list add-ons - failed listings, FSBO, vacant, pre-foreclosure, tax delinquent and absentee owner - are priced right on the same page as the dialer. smrtPhone sells none of those lists - smrtLeads, our own data product, skip traces and cleans the contact data you already hold rather than supplying leads, and it is in beta. If the lists are what you are actually buying, the products to compare are PropStream and BatchLeads themselves, or PropertyRadar and DealMachine.
We are the alternative for the conversation half: the calling, the texting, and getting both onto the record in the CRM you already run. Buying data from one company and running the conversations in another is a normal way to work.
Why investor teams run smrtPhone instead
-
The CRM was not on the list
BatchDialer is native to Podio and HubSpot, and syncs kvCORE, BoomTown, Follow Up Boss and Chime through Zapier. If your deals live in InvestorFuse, Left Main REI, DataSift, Realeflow, Invelo, Carrot or Tape, none of them are there in any form - and neither is Salesforce.
Ten native CRM integrations -
They needed to text as well as dial
Most people who ignore a cold call will read a text, and follow-up is where deals are actually made. BatchDialer prices a dialer, lead lists, phone numbers and reputation monitoring, and sells no texting at all. Every smrtPhone seat includes SMS and MMS with 1,000 segments.
Texting in every seat -
The record belonged somewhere else
BatchDialer keeps the call in its own CRM and syncs outward. smrtPhone writes the call and the text onto the record in the CRM your team already works in, so nobody reconciles two systems at the end of the day.
Calls and texts on the CRM record
Built into the CRM you already run
Calls, texts, recordings and dispositions land on the record they belong to, with no connector in between.

What switching actually involves
Numbers port out of BatchDialer. If you buy lists from PropStream or BatchLeads you can carry on doing exactly that and dial them here - export the list and load it into smrtDialer.
- Port your numbers. They move with you. Nobody has to learn a new number.
- Connect the CRM. Calls, texts, recordings and dispositions start writing to the record.
- Rebuild your call flows. Routing, ring groups, business hours and the DNC applet.
- Run both for a few days. Then move the dialing over once the logging looks right.
How long the port really takes
- Porting takes one to three weeks once the paperwork is in and confirmed. It is faster when your current provider sits on the same underlying carrier we do, and slower if the paperwork comes back rejected over a detail that does not match your carrier record.
- Support does the work. You start it from live chat and the team handles the submission.
- Do not cancel your old provider until the port completes. Your number keeps working throughout.
- Occasionally voice ports a few hours before texting does. It settles by itself.
Questions people ask before switching
How much does BatchDialer cost?
Starter is $119 an agent a month, or $95 billed annually, and includes three lines, ten phone numbers and unlimited calling. Pro is $189 monthly or $151 annually for five lines and forty numbers. Enterprise is $249 monthly or $199 annually for five lines and a hundred numbers. Lead lists are separate add-ons at $49 to $119 a month, charged flat rather than per agent. A smrtPhone seat is $29 with smrtDialer at $50 for one line or $90 for four, so one agent dialing comes to $119 either way.
Does BatchDialer send text messages?
No texting product appears on its pricing page, its integrations page or its FAQ, all of which cover dialing, lead data, phone-number reputation and CRM sync in detail. A smrtPhone seat includes SMS and MMS with 1,000 segments a month, then $0.02 a segment, and texts write to the CRM record alongside the calls.
Does BatchDialer integrate with Podio?
Yes, natively - Podio is one of its own integrations, not a Zapier workaround, and it creates or updates items, records and statuses. Podio is not where these two differ. The difference is the rest of the stack: InvestorFuse, Left Main REI, DataSift, Realeflow, Invelo, Carrot, Tape, Salesforce and GoHighLevel are native to smrtPhone and are not offered by BatchDialer at all.
Which dials more lines?
BatchDialer, and it also dials differently. Starter runs three lines an agent and Pro and Enterprise run five, using a predictive and preview dialer. smrtDialer is a power dialer running one to four lines with AI voice detection. For a seated floor on huge bought lists, predictive is the stronger tool; for a team working a CRM pipeline, four lines with the record in front of you is usually the better fit.
Is smrtPhone cheaper than BatchDialer?
At one agent they are the same: $119 a month each. What differs is what the money buys. BatchDialer includes unlimited calling and ten phone numbers with reputation monitoring; smrtPhone includes a fourth dial line, texting, and native sync to ten CRMs including the investor stack.
