REsimpli alternative

The REsimpli alternative that keeps the CRM you already run

REsimpli and smrtPhone answer the same question in opposite ways. REsimpli is an all-in-one investor CRM that replaces, by its own count, eleven separate tools - the CRM, the dialer, skip tracing, direct mail, a seller website, accounting and e-sign - with unlimited calling and texting on every plan. smrtPhone is the conversation layer for the CRM you already run, native to Podio, InvestorFuse, Left Main REI, DataSift, Realeflow, Invelo, Carrot, Tape, GoHighLevel and Salesforce. If you want one system to run the whole business, REsimpli is a straight answer and it will cost you less than assembling the same thing from parts. If your deals already live somewhere and you are not moving them, that is the question this page is about.

No card required. No seat minimum.

The short version

  • REsimpli replaces your CRM. smrtPhone plugs into it. That is the whole decision, and everything below follows from it.
  • Every REsimpli plan includes unlimited calling and SMS, plus a single-line and triple-line dialer with no per-seat dialer fee. smrtPhone meters: 500 minutes and 1,000 segments a seat, then $0.03 and $0.02.
  • Five seats with the four-line dialer is $495 a month here against $699 for REsimpli Team, before usage. Past roughly 9,300 talk minutes a month across those five seats, price both properly.
  • REsimpli publishes comparison pages against Podio, InvestorFuse, Left Main REI, DataSift, Carrot, Forefront CRM, GoHighLevel and Salesforce. Nine of the CRMs it argues against are ones smrtPhone is native to.
  • REsimpli bundles what smrtPhone does not sell: list stacking, direct mail, a seller website, accounting and e-sign.

What it actually costs, with the arithmetic shown

Five seats with the four-line dialer, billed yearly. Usage is the whole variable here, so the table shows what each side costs before any, and the note underneath says exactly where it turns over.

Monthly cost of REsimpli and smrtPhone for the same workload
Line item REsimpli smrtPhone
Platform REsimpli Team, five users Five smrtPhone seats at $24 billed yearly: $120
Multi-line dialer Included, no per-seat fee smrtDialer Multi Line at $75 a seat: $375
Call recording Included Included
Talk minutes included Unlimited 2,500 across the five seats, then $0.03
Text segments included Unlimited 5,000 across the five seats, then $0.02
Monthly total before usage, five seats $699 $495

That $204 a month gap is your usage budget, and it buys about 6,800 minutes on top of the 2,500 the seats already include. So five seats stay cheaper here up to roughly 9,300 talk minutes a month - about 31 hours a seat - and a team that lives on the phone beyond that should price both properly. Two other things belong in the same breath: REsimpli bundles list stacking, direct mail, a seller website, accounting and e-sign that smrtPhone does not sell, and neither column carries the cost of moving, which is the real expense for a team that keeps its CRM, its build, its workflows and its history where they already are.

The $699 five-seat figure is REsimpli's own, from its published comparison against smrtPhone. Two lines in that comparison are worth correcting: it bills smrtPhone $63 a month for call recording, which is included in every seat, and adds $83 for Salesforce and $99 for a Carrot website, neither of which a smrtPhone customer has to buy - we are native to both, and to eight other CRMs. Its pricing page also quotes different figures in different places: a solo plan at $249 a month in its savings calculator, and a Basic plan at $149 billed yearly in its own structured data.

The other side

When REsimpli is the better choice

REsimpli is one subscription for the whole business, and for an investor who has not already built on a CRM that is a real advantage. Unlimited calling and SMS on every plan removes usage from the decision entirely, where smrtPhone meters after 500 minutes and 1,000 segments a seat. Its dialer carries no per-seat fee, where smrtDialer is $50 or $90 on top. And it includes list stacking, direct mail, a seller website, accounting and e-sign, none of which smrtPhone sells.

  • You have not built on a CRM yet and would rather buy one system than assemble several.
  • You want skip tracing, direct mail, a seller website and accounting on the same bill.
  • Your calling volume is high and unlimited beats metered.
  • Three dial lines is enough and you do not want a separate dialer subscription.

If what you want is a different investor CRM

Most people searching for a REsimpli alternative are shopping CRMs, not phone systems. smrtPhone is not a CRM and will not pretend to be one. The investor CRMs worth looking at are Podio, InvestorFuse, Left Main REI, Forefront CRM and REI BlackBook - and REsimpli publishes a comparison page against most of them, which tells you who it thinks it is competing with.

The useful part for us is that smrtPhone runs natively inside every one of those. Whichever CRM you pick, the calling and texting layer does not have to be the thing that decides it.

Why teams choose the phone layer over the whole platform

  1. The CRM was not the thing they wanted to change

A team that has built pipelines, workflows and years of history in Podio, InvestorFuse or Left Main REI is not shopping for a new CRM - it wants the calling to work inside the one it has. REsimpli answers a question those teams are not asking.

Native to ten CRMs, calls on the record
  2. They only needed the conversation layer

REsimpli prices the whole business: CRM, skip tracing, direct mail, website, accounting. If you already pay for those, or do not need them, you are buying a platform to get a dialer. smrtPhone sells the calling and texting on its own, per seat.

One seat at $29, dialer from $50
  3. Four lines, not three

REsimpli includes a triple-line dialer at no extra charge, which is a genuinely good deal. smrtDialer runs up to four lines with AI voice detection, and only the people who dial need it.

What switching actually involves

Numbers port. The practical question is not the port, it is the CRM: moving to REsimpli means moving your pipeline into it, and moving to smrtPhone means leaving your pipeline exactly where it is and connecting the phone to it.

  1. Port your numbers. They move with you. Nobody has to learn a new number.
  2. Connect the CRM. Calls, texts, recordings and dispositions start writing to the record.
  3. Rebuild your call flows. Routing, ring groups, business hours and the DNC applet.
  4. Run both for a few days. Then move the dialing over once the logging looks right.

How long the port really takes

  • Porting takes one to three weeks once the paperwork is in and confirmed. It is faster when your current provider sits on the same underlying carrier we do, and slower if the paperwork comes back rejected over a detail that does not match your carrier record.
  • Support does the work. You start it from live chat and the team handles the submission.
  • Do not cancel your old provider until the port completes. Your number keeps working throughout.
  • Occasionally voice ports a few hours before texting does. It settles by itself.

Questions people ask before switching

Is smrtPhone a CRM like REsimpli?

No, and that is the difference. REsimpli is an all-in-one CRM for investors that also handles calling. smrtPhone is the conversation layer that runs inside the CRM you already use - natively in Podio, GoHighLevel, Left Main REI, InvestorFuse, DataSift, Realeflow, Invelo, Carrot, Tape and Salesforce - writing every call and text onto the record there.

Is REsimpli cheaper than smrtPhone?

It depends entirely on how much you talk. Five smrtPhone seats with the four-line dialer are $495 a month billed yearly against $699 for REsimpli Team, so smrtPhone starts $204 cheaper. That $204 covers about 6,800 minutes of overage on top of the 2,500 the seats include, so the two meet at roughly 9,300 talk minutes a month across five seats, and a team that talks more than that should price both properly. REsimpli also bundles list stacking, direct mail, a seller website, accounting and e-sign, which smrtPhone does not sell, and neither figure includes the cost of moving a CRM you have already built on.

Does REsimpli include unlimited calling and texting?

Yes, on every plan, along with a single-line and triple-line dialer at no per-seat fee. That is a real advantage over smrtPhone, which includes 500 minutes and 1,000 text segments a seat and charges $0.03 a minute and $0.02 a segment after that, or $99 a seat for unlimited minutes.

Which dials more lines?

smrtPhone, narrowly. REsimpli includes a triple-line dialer on every plan with no extra fee. smrtDialer runs up to four lines with AI voice detection, at $50 a seat for one line or $90 for four, on top of a $29 seat.

What does smrtPhone do that REsimpli does not?

It leaves your CRM alone. REsimpli publishes comparison pages against Podio, InvestorFuse, Left Main REI, DataSift, Carrot, Forefront CRM, GoHighLevel and Salesforce, because its pitch is that you replace them with REsimpli. smrtPhone is native to all of those, so the calling and texting improve without anything moving.
